Quilted Vessels
This series of ceramic quilted vessels is created by casting fabric objects in plaster. This process captures the fine details of fabric, transforming its soft, pliable nature into a permanent, sculptural form. The result is a distinctive surface texture that produces an unexpected tactile response. These vessels challenge the perception of clay as a rigid material, revealing its potential to evoke the delicate, gestural qualities of fabric.

Wheel Thrown Vessels
This series of wheel-thrown ceramic vessels explores the dynamic properties of clay. A handmade line runs through the centre of each piece, creating a break that allows the form to swell and expand, resulting in a voluminous, organic shape. Each vessel is a reflection of the controlled yet spontaneous movement that the wheel is able to create.
